Management system for quality, safety and control

The adoption of a quality and safety management system was a strategic decision by ASEO to get imported certifications. The idea was born from the desire of management to improve the internal organization of the company, in order to optimize both the management of the delivery of services and the realization of the product, proposing a system designed to manage the business processes, to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization, as well as the ultimate customer satisfaction. For this reason ASEO has implemented a documentation and registration tracking system that takes the name of quality system ISO 9001.

At the same time, with the introduction in April 2009 of Legislative Decree 81, it was inevitably necessary to adjust the working methodologies in order to prevent and preserve workers from possible accidents during activities. This management has been organized with the support of a set of documents relating to safety at work, the system of safety at work, to the existing quality system. OHSAS 18001. These two types of systems will allow the company to provide information/training to operators of facilities and services, so that the delivery of services takes place with responsibility and awareness. These international standards (ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001) have thus entered the work cycle, bringing benefits both in terms of global process management and a newfound awareness of working in total safety.

In the near future, the health and safety management system is expected to be adapted to the new ISO 45001:2018 standard.
