Our company is specialized in design and construction of special machines for removing, assembling and checking, dynamometric test benches, moulds and equipment for the brake pads sector.
The automotive sector is very dynamic. We have been working with market leaders for years, and we are characterised by our extreme flexibility.
Among the machines developed by ASEO technicians, there is a bench for measuring the functional characteristics of motor vehicles; a special machine for micro-punching that carries out a double process of special marking (micro-punching), designed and built to recognize and punch four different types of brake discs; a machine for foreshortening the friction surface of the brake pads; a machine for checking the pistons; a complex for machining the cylinder head; a complex for processing “bed plate” and a brewing machine with hydraulic control.
In addition, we have several lines: an entire cylinder head assembly line, another for mounting the flywheel on the engine and a last one for mounting the gearbox.
