Management system for quality, safety and control

The adoption of a quality and safety management system was a strategic decision of ASEO to obtain important certifications. The idea was born from the willingness of the management to improve the internal organization of the company, so as to optimize both the management of service delivery and product implementation, proposing a system designed to manage business processes, so that they are directed to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization, as well as the final satisfaction of the customer. For this reason ASEO has implemented a system of traceability of documentation and records that is called ISO 9001 quality system.

At the same time, with the entry into force of Legislative Decree no. 81 in April 2009, it was inevitably necessary to adapt the working methods in order to prevent and preserve workers from possible accidents during the activities. This management was organized with the support, to the already present quality system, of a set of documents relating to safety in the workplace, the ISO 45001 system, an internationally recognized tool for fighting accidents and occupational diseases in an increasingly effective way.
These two types of systems allow the company to provide information / training to the operators of the structures and services, so that the provision of services takes place with responsibility and awareness. These international standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 45001) have thus entered the work cycle, bringing benefits both in terms of global process management and in a newfound awareness of working in total safety.
