INFORMATION UNDER ART. 13 OF THE EU REGULATION No 679/2016

(relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of such data)

Dear Customer/Supplier/Visitor, the company ASEO S.R.L. – below the “Company” – based in Course Bologna 2 – 12084 Mondovì (CN), P. Iva 03412940045, as the Holder of the treatment, under art. 13 of the EU Regulation No. 679/2016 would like to inform you that your data will be processed in accordance with the principles set out in the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016), i.e. in accordance with the principle of legality, fairness, transparency, limitation of objectives and data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

1. TREATMENT OBJECT AND SOURCE OF THE PROCESSED DATA
The data being processed is navigation data, as well as personal, identification and contact data.
These data are given spontaneously by the person concerned during:
– visits to locations or phone calls;
– request for quotes or offers;
– previous transactions;
– interactions through the website.

2. FINALITY AND BASE LEGAL OF THE TREATMENT
The personal data you voluntarily provide will be processed for the purposes listed below.
With regard to navigation data: allow the user to browse the treatment owner’s website; carry out statistical searches/analysis on aggregated or anonymous data, without the possibility of identifying the Visitor, aimed at measuring the operation, traffic and interest of the Site itself; obligations to which the Holder is subject.
For personal, identifying and contact information:

3. DATA DIFFUSION AND COMMUNICATION
The personal data processed by the Company will not be disclosed, that is, it will not be given knowledge to indeterminate subjects, in any possible form, including that of their provision or simple consultation.
The data is communicated to the recipients to the extent strictly necessary in relation to the above purposes. They may be communicated to workers working under the Owner; In particular, on the basis of the roles and tasks performed, some of them have been entitled to process personal data, within the limits of their competence and in accordance with the instructions given. They may also be disclosed, within strictly necessary limits, to external parties working with the Company and to persons who for the purpose of purchasing evasion or other requests or service services related to the transaction or relationship Holder, must provide goods and/or perform services or services. They may also be communicated to those entitled to access it under the provisions of the law, regulations, EU regulations.
Finally, the data can be communicated to third parties in the following categories:
– those who provide services for the management of the information system used and for the operation of the Site;

– freelancers, studios or companies in the field of tax assistance and advice and employment law;
– lenders;
– authorities responsible for the fulfillments of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, on request.

4. DATA TRANSFER
The Company does not transfer personal data to third countries or to international organizations. However, it reserves the ability to use cloud services; In this case, the service providers will be selected from those who provide adequate guarantees, as provided by art. 46 GDPR 679/16.

5. DATA MODE AND RETENTION
The treatment will be carried out in an automated and/or manual form, with ways and tools aimed at ensuring maximum safety and confidentiality, by subjects of this specially authorized in accordance with art. 4 and G.D.P.R. accountability principle
The Company retains and treats personal data for as long as it takes to fulfill the stated purposes, or to carry out what you requested. Subsequently, personal data will be retained, and not further processed, for the time set out by the existing civil and tax provisions.

6. RIGHTS OF THE PERSON
Under GDPR 679/2016, you have the right to access (Article 15), the right to rectify (Article 16), the right to cancellation (Article 17), the right to the limitation of treatment (Article 18), the right to portability (article 20), the right of opposition (article 21), opposition to automated decision-making (Article 22).
You also have the right to complain to the state of residence control authority.

7. REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
You cannot refuse to give the Company the personal data necessary to comply with the legal rules governing business transactions and taxation. Providing additional personal data may be necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of the transaction. Therefore, the refusal to provide the necessary data by law will prevent the fulfillment of orders; While the delivery of additional data may jeopardize all or part of the fulfillment of other requests and the quality and efficiency of the transaction itself.
Persons operating on behalf of legal entities may refuse to give the Company their personal data. However, the provision of these is necessary for the proper and efficient management of the contractual relationship. Therefore, any refusal to award may compromise all or part of the contractual relationship itself.

8. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
The Owner does not perform treatments that consist of automated data decision-making processes.

9. TREATMENT HOLDER
The Data Processing Owner is the company ASEO S.R.L. based in Corso Bologna 2 – 12084 Mondovì (CN). The Controller of the treatment guarantees the security, confidentiality and protection of the personal data that he has, at any stage of the process of processing them.
The updated list of Internal and External Managers is available from the Treatment Owner.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
The Owner reserves the opportunity to change the content of this policy, in whole or in part, also due to changes in the Privacy policy.

The Owner will publish on the Website the updated version of this act, and from that moment it will be binding: the person is therefore invited to visit this section regularly.
